John has been exclusively in the auction business for 33 years and has conducted auctions of numerous types of real and personal property. During the ‘80s and ‘90s he was instrumental in assisting RTC and Fannie Mae in selling thousands of assets across the country. He is past chairman of the Georgia Auctioneers Association and has served on the National Auctioneers Association Board of Directors and the Auction Marketing Institute Board. John has also written numerous articles for The Auctioneer and several real estate publications. John has an associate's degree in engineering from Southern Polytechnic Institute and a bachelor of arts in economics from Oglethorpe University.

Drew was practically born into the auction business and, since college, has worked full time with the firm. Drew leads the auction operations team for JDA, which ensures all marketing milestones are met on time and auction day operations are properly staffed and equipped. He also serves as one of JDA’s primary auctioneers. Drew was past president and is the current chairman of the board for the Georgia Auctioneers Association where he holds the coveted Certified Auctioneers Institute designation.

As JDA’s controller, KJ oversees all internal financial activities for the company, in addition to coordinating the efforts of the seller, buyer, closing attorney and lender so that transactions close in a timely fashion. A native of New York, KJ is a licensed real estate agent and has over 14 years of finance experience in the real estate industry, specializing in industrial, warehouse and commercial markets. She holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Kennesaw State University.

As information technology manager, Shirley manages the JDA website, online auctions and information technology operations. She has been an auction professional for 23 years and has managed information technology for more than 25 years. She also taught computer courses at Florida Junior College in Jacksonville. Shirley is a native of Atlanta where she attended Mercer University.

During high school and college, Brad worked with JDA in setting up auctions. Upon graduating from Georgia Southern University with a BBA in management, he went to work for Atlanta’s leading provider of commercial real estate information. Brad has now joined JDA’s business development team, specializing in online auctions.

A native of New Jersey and licensed real estate agent, Danielle brings to JDA several years of real estate and graphic design experience. Coordinating and designing auction brochures and property information packages, Danielle also provides administrative support to the project managers and clerking assistance at auctions.
